Cannot Login to Citizenship tracker for days

When I try logging in or my wife tries logging in - the loading page keeps going on and on, but does not log in to the status tracking page.

Anyone else having this? Is there a reason this might be happening?

And do you know the reason for it? I couldn't figure this on the thread?
