cannot login to cic gc key

Hi There,

I applied my application on nov 18 and heard nothing till date. I really dont know whether my decision is finalized yet or not. As my Cic account is not opening since friday (since 5 days).
it is clearly mentioned on the website that its under modification going thru some technical issues.

is there anyone facing same problem?
Any solution for this?

Same here it's been few days I'm unable to open it, it says our online services are down.
