I submitted my application for a student permit offline through VFS. In cic.gc.ca I have created an account, but I am unable to link my offline application. I dont have the application number or UCI and I have not recieved any mail from the Visa office giving me these details.
One option to link is to give first name, last name and DOB. In the visa application form as suggested in the link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=014&top=4
I have given my "Given Name" as last name, and given name field is empty.
But in the form to link the application Given name and Last name are required. It does not accept spaces or N/A. Does anyone know what can be done to link the application?
