Cannot find CELPIP "certificate number" for EE

Hey Guys, I cannot find my CELPIP "certificate number". Can you please tell me where I should find this? I have entered "Registration Number" three times and CIC rejects my application because it cannot verify my language test.
Is "certificate number" a different thing from "Registeration Number" (which I have entered the three times)? (my scores are all above 9, it was taken Feb 2015 and it is CELPIP Genreal-2014 version). Thank you!

I took the same test. Just enter the Registration Number in the format as requested by CIC.

Its on the test result certificate. its a long number 10-12 digits
