CanLII - Very Interesting Reading

Somebody on here mentioned CanLII (Canadian Legal Information Institute) and just to see what was available I did a search on there and there is some very nice reading there.

1. Got to canlii.org
2. Enter 'immigration' under 'Case name, legislation title...'
3. Enter 'sponsor spouse' under 'Document Text'

You end up with thousands of cases. Not all of them are spousal applications but a good chunk of them are. Gives you a very good idea of what they are up against and what they are willing to accept / reject.

Anyways I found it very interesting - I'm just sorry I can't find the person who mention it but thank you.

I love CanLII! Add the country the applicant is from to the search to narrow it down. If you have a specific issue you are worried about, use that as well.
