Hi All,
I had apply for PR under CEC while i was there in Canada, And i received a RFV letter asking to submit my passport to embassy of Ottawa.
But in the month of Feb due to some emergency i had to travel to India and was planned to return on 19th March , but the Canadian Border got closed on 18th March.(Before leaving Canada explained the situation via WebForms).Since 18th March the Borders have not yet open and there are no flights for normal travel from Inida.
Now my Work permit has even expired, and i can't travel back. And when i asked IRCC,they are telling me that the Application will only be completed when you are back in Canada.
I asked if i could submit the passport to nearby High Commission of Canada in India. But they said it can only be completed when i am come back to Canada.
Can someone please suggest how should i proceed further.
