One of my colleagues has applied for "OINP" through an attorney in Toronto.
He doesn't have the login credentials to check the profile details.
However, in recent past, he realized that the attorney services have been too costly and wants to move away from his services.
My questions are
1. What steps does he need to take ?
2. Will he be getting the login credentials from the attorney once he moves away from his services ?
3. How long does the process takes ?
