Cancelling Spouse PR as marriage not working out and getting divorced

Hi All,

I need some suggestions on how to cancel my spouse PR as we both have claimed for divorce and not living together since last year. Divorce is in the process and should be settle in next couple of months, she is on conditional PR and what are my options in order to do so? I have already notified Immigration on this.

If you have already notified CIC of all this, then you have done all you can do. Hopefully CIC will take action. Sorry that it didn't work out.
