Cancelling Sponsorship after sponsored person landed in Canada

Yes please I would like to find out if a person you sponsor does not cooperate after she arrive winnipeg and now thinking of moving to another canadian city, would it be possible to send her back?I have read that if a nominee move out of winnipeg the sponsor could not endorse future applications again. Please advise.

call your respective immigration office with all the details.. and there is a online section for immigration fraud, in cic.gc.ca. u can fill your complain in that section also..!!!!
