cancelling my ticket after Status Restoration application submission!!

Hi all

I have bought a one-way ticket to home and attached it to my Status Restoration application after an advice from my lawyer.

My question is, is it OK to cancel my ticket after I submit my application within 24 hours to get a full refund or will IRCC find out and refuse my application?

Please reply ASAP because I'll submit my application today

When is the flight date? There is a chance you’re going to to be allowed to stay until the flight. What happens if you cancel the flight but are told that you have an extension to the flight date? You seem to have no plans of returning home based on your previous posts of taking other tests until December or applying for other permits. Think you need to have a plan B if you are refused restoration.
