cancelling and refund from seneca

I recently deffered my offer letter from summer to fall intake from seneca college but seeing all this corona effects I want to cancel but because I have already apllied for visa which is in processing, I doubt whether I can get refund or not. Please help. Thank you.

For the refund from Seneca if you have paid the fee only Seneca can answer that. For any refund of study permit fee should you cancel/withdraw maybe raise a web form enquiry although given staffing levels no outlook when you might get a reply, see link below

Even pre COVID immigration fee refunds took some time and depended at which in in the process an application had reached
