Cancelling a represantative- **** URGENT!!

Hello guys

Please help me out with a biggest query of mine
I do not want to continue with my representative any more

But my representative wont give me a cancellation form or something so that I can inform OINP regarding the same
Cancellation of representative form in OiNP will require a signature of representative

I am very sure my representative will not sign it and give it to me


Can I just fill out the cancellation of representative form of CIC and send to OINP without informing my representative.
Bcz this form doesnot need any signature of the representative for cancellation

First of all make sure your representative has completed that representation form itself? You can always send the form for cancellation, however make sure you have access to all your accounts and other details.

Also change passwords and security questions/answers, so they dont do anything nasty with your profile.

Is there a way to know if the representative had previously filled that form? I also want to cancel my rep but I don't know if that form was filled in first place. All I knew was in the profile i could see his details under representative. But in the PR application I just said 'no' in the representative section.

I think you shud cancel your represantative ASAP if you have said yes in ee profile and no in federal form


Please cancel the represantative by filling cancellation


I am also going to do it soon

The pre-ITA profile was filled by the consultant where he had said yes to representative and filled in his details. Now that profile is locked after receiving ITA. I can only edit the PR application profile where I said no in representative section. Where else do I have to cancel it?
