I had made an application at Niagara college toronto campus for september intake and ,i paid my fees in may on 27 may i paid my full year fees and the next day college cancelled my application and they have no reinstated the application untill now!! is it legal to do so?
later they suggested i make a new application for january ,for which the application dates are already closed and they haven't given me any solution till the date i am just waiting for a response ,i have already filed my study permit application ,medical, biometrics both are done .
On the other hand college had given a deadline to all students to submit a study permit before 4 july which is impossible.
i am calling and sending mails everyday but i have not received any solution and they dont even answer to my mails regarding change of campus in the same course .
Can anyone advise or help please.
