Cancellation of Representative--- pls help

Hello everone,

Need ur help and guidance. PLs suggest in my situation.

We filed inland in May 2014. Recieved AOR in August. Later we came across some mistakes overlooked by our representative so in sept 2014 we filed correction of affidiavit and cancellation of representative.
We are not able to check status online... looks like only till April 2014 are able to login ..

Could you suggest how can we get the status.. Customer care number no one picks up...
