Hello,
I am stuck with a weird issue. I would highly appreciate if someone can help me out with any suggestions.
I am an Indian citizen and valid post-grad work permit holder living in Canada.
For my express entry application, I applied Indian PCC and my application went to CGI Toronto for the process.
Unfortunately, one of the officer at CGI stamped with "Cancellation" stamp in my passport instead of someone else's.
Now they are issuing me a new passport and also giving my old passport back with an endorsement in it about the mistake.
But my question is, I have multiple entry visa of Canada and USA in my old passport. Are they still valid?
(I am not too much concerned for USA right now)
But, I want to travel to India in summer 2019 and worried what if I get trouble on my way back because of the mistake of CGI?
Any suggestions? Thanks for reading.
