So yesterday i submitted my study permit application but then, i realized that i have put the wrong bank statements which was extremely low compared to my tuition. So is there’s any way i can cancel the application or send a different bank statement?

You can try using this form, it's not specifically for your situation, but it might work:
https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx
There's an option on the drop down menu that says "replacement documents, amendments to documents..." Sounds like a good choice.

But honestly that's a pretty big mistake to make, funding is one of the most important parts of your application. You might have to apply again.
You said “ You might have to apply again “ so my question can i start another application? or do i have to wait for them to cancel my previous one. Please respond.

I would send them the correct statement using that form and wait. They say somewhere to not submit multiple applications.
But that's just me, nothing's stopping you from submitting a new one or cancelling your current one and submitting again. Here's how to cancel, if you really want to:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=741&top=
I followed the instructions but unfortunately it says wait 28 working days. I want to ask you one more thing, can i submit another application since it takes a month to cancel the previous one? i didn’t see anything regarding having multiple applications on their website. But if its possible to submit another one without any trouble please tell me.

On the letter you receive after submitting an application they say:
"CAUTION: Do not submit multiple applications for the same service in an effort to speed up your application. Doing this may result in both applications being processed and delay the finalization of your application. IRCC does not refund processed applications "

I guess that's not really your case, so maybe it's OK to submit it again. I'm really not sure, maybe someone else knows better.
