The IRCC sent a letter to my employer asking for additional information. They did'nt responded the letter because they don't want to sponsor me anymore due to the fact that our application took too long. We already done medical examination and biometric. Is there other option or way to pursue our application in Canada? I hope someone can help me.

So you applied through Express Entry and had LMIA for 50 points? If so you will lose those points. If you still have enough points in the draw, your file will proceed. If not application will be cancelled.
Absolutely. What year did you apply? How old are kids now? If they withdraw job offer then your application can be cancelled because the whole point of the HCCP program is a job offer. If you come to Canada, you have no job. See if you can find an employer ASAP.
The only option you have is to try to find another employer as soon as possible. Otherwise IRCC is going to refuse the application since you no longer have a valid job offer.
