I received a letter from IRCC telling me that my application has been refused the reason is stated as" You were not able to demonstrate that you will be able to adequately perform the work you seek"
Could someone please help I need to reapply.thanks

You need to provide a lot more information to get help. What is your work and education history? What did you apply for?

Does your employer have an LMIA. Have you worked previously as an elevator mechanic? How is a highe diploma in electrical related to escalator mechanic?

I currently work as elevator mechanic with 10 years of experience. My employer gave me LMIA that is to expire 3 of next month.my education HND electrical is connected because it is an electrochemical field

Electrochemical degrees are not related to elevator repair. Assume you likely need some sort of certification to repair elevators in Canada. Have you tried to come to Canada before through study, visitor PR application?

No. What about my years of experience

Every country have different standards when it comes to skilled trades. If you need to get licensed in Canada you won’t be able to work. How did you find this job?
Through indeed. I was told I will have to registered and run escalator training.but I have be in Canada in order to run the course and write an exam so I am an apprentice for now under a supervisor.
