Canadian Visa stamping in US - Newyork

Hello,

I am from India (with indian passport with US visa) and will be leaving to US shortly in another 20 days.But i have conference in Toronto,Canada on July 6-9 2017.

The application processing time in India is more than 20 days. Can i apply online to canada visa (http://www.cic.gc.ca) from India,but get the visa stamped (if approved) from Newyork,US.

In the application form,for ques 7 (country where applying) and for ques 8(country of residence) ,i am filling as India,is it correct..

Kindly someone help..

I was filling the application form to submit online.I think IMM5257 (application form) gets electronically signed after validation.But IMM 5707 (family form),there is not validate button and it tells if noe signature,it will returned.So,should we have to take printout,scan and upload it.. plz help..

Also,any idea how long the Visa stamping(after aprroval) in NY consulate takes..

Yes you have to print, sign, scan.

Thanks a lot! for your reply..Now i submitted all the forms and went to the payment page..But got the message "Transaction declined"...

Later i came to know that Reserve bank of india ,will block all the international transaction to the card,unless the person notifies the bank priorly..

Now the my login page in CIC shows the message "processing payment" in my application table...i will talk to my bank now....

But will i get a payment option one more time..

Do we have to submit the invitation letter even under can+ program..

I have travelled to US more than 5 times in last 4 years,this time time i would like to visit my distant relative in cananda when i am in US.

Can i just mention her name and her address in the application form...will this suffice..

plz help..
