Please could someone help with names of universities in Canada with cheap tuition fees as low as $8000 per session for master's programes?
I stumbled on CANADA CHRISTIAN COLLEGE but they don't offer my desired program.

You aren't going to find a Master's program for that price.

It's possible although you are talking about a very limited pool of universities that are often not well recognized and at the same time very competitive. Look into Memorial University of Newfoundland.
