Canadian student visa

hello everyone.
I would like to apply for a Canadian student visa in person not online.
how to do it?
fyi.. I had the Canadian and USA visa before in 2008/2009 but when I applied for Canadian visa in 2015 I was rejected because of the same reason as everyone else.
is this possible still on ? I mean the rejection .
Please help. ..

Which University did you get an admit for? There are many reasons for the rejection/acceptance not just the travel history.
