Hi,
I and my wife are from India and we are planning to apply for a Canadian PR. Our CRS score is 434 and although I have already put in our application in the pool, going by the trends, the chances of getting invited seem bleak.
In search of an alternative I stumbled upon this idea wherein, I was planning to get my wife enrolled for a 1 Year PG Diploma course and get a job myself on a spouse work Permit during that 1 year.
Doubt 1: Do I have a reasonable chance of getting a spouse work permit
If Yes
Doubt 2: If I get a job offer in Canada during the above period, can I use this offer to increase my CRS score and eventually get a PR invitation.
If Yes
Doubt 3: Any pointers I should keep in mind to execute the above plan successfully.
Although I am going through the forums for my answer, just wanted to float out this question for someone knowledgeable to stop me in the tracks if I am missing something obvious.
My IELTS score is: L9, R8.5, S8, W7
My Wife's Score: L6.5, R6.5, S7, W6.5
My Sister is living in Ontario so I will be looking for a college in the same province to cut back on the expenses.
Thanks for spending your time going through the questions and if possible, answering my queries.
