Canadian PR application from UK ??

Hi,

Currently I am working in UK since couple of months. Before this I had been working in Toronto (Canada) from Jan 2012 - Oct 2013. Now I want to apply for Canadian PR (under CEC) category from UK. Can anyone please help me to know the process. Since I am not in Canada now, will that have any problem in my PR Application ??

I have a question on the number of Police Verifications need to be done.

I have the following stamps in my passport:
>> I had a Hong Kong VISA "On Arrival".
>> Canada Work Permit.
>> Visitor at Dubai for few hours during my transit from Canada to India (via Dubai).
>> TR2 UK work visa.

Can you please let me know for which countries mentioned above I need to do Police Verification ??

Any countries that you've spent 6 months in will need a police certificate/record.
