Thank you for your patience, I know all of these questions have been answered in these threads somewhere, but I thought I'd make a thread of my own, because I am bound to have more questions.
My husband and I got married in Texas, but he would like to move to Canada. What I would like to know, even if they are silly questions, is:
1. He plans to come to Canada to stay in December. He has a valid passport, does he require anything else to stay? Do we tell customs while traveling that he is planning on staying in Canada? He most likely will only have a one way ticket from Texas.
2. What are the benefits of inland and outland applications, aside from the obvious being together part? Which applications are used the most?
3. Can I get him a temporary work permit while he's here? Are they difficult to obtain?
Thank you, I feel like I have so many more questions but these are three I thought of off the top of my head.
