Thank you for your patience, I know all of these questions have been answered in these threads somewhere, but I thought I'd make a thread of my own, because I am bound to have more questions.

My husband and I got married in Texas, but he would like to move to Canada. What I would like to know, even if they are silly questions, is:

1. He plans to come to Canada to stay in December. He has a valid passport, does he require anything else to stay? Do we tell customs while traveling that he is planning on staying in Canada? He most likely will only have a one way ticket from Texas.

2. What are the benefits of inland and outland applications, aside from the obvious being together part? Which applications are used the most?

3. Can I get him a temporary work permit while he's here? Are they difficult to obtain?

Thank you, I feel like I have so many more questions but these are three I thought of off the top of my head.

Since you are already married, he has to declare that. If he comes here then Inland will be much faster as Outland we can see are bit delayed due to a sudden move to SYDNEY. SO he comes here stays with you and apply from there. May be other members have more experience re; this matter..
