Hi,
If we get a job offer from a Canadian employer that can be done remotely being anywhere in Canada, in this case, can we apply to any of the provinces with that job offer or only to a particular province as per the location of company office even though it is a remote job?

Can anybody answer this?

With remote job, can we apply to any province in Canada?

It's not consider a job offer. You have to be physically in Canada and have LMIA to consider as a job offer.

Thanks for your reply!

The job location is remote which can be done anywhere in Canada only. I think this is considered as job offer and we can start working on the job once we reach Canada. But my question is can we apply to any province or it has to be the province in which the company has office?

For provincial nomination via employment the employer has to be in the province you want to apply to e.g in Manitoba, the employer has to be a recognised manitoba employer with a verifyable physical address in manitoba.
