Hi,

I would like to know if anyone have any information that whether Canadian immigration checks documents with Australian immigration department for the purpose of validating documents. I am not an Australian citizen nor a permanent residence. I am in Australia on temporary residency.

I am very confused what to do regarding the experience I shared with Australian immigration department. As the company I worked with no longer exists. And im thinking not to share that experience for Canadian immigration purpose. What should I do?

Canada shares immigration and intelligence information with every major Western country and vice versa.

So it's certain they will confirm your immigration status and information with Australian immigration.

Just fill out your profile with the most accurate information, and let the chips fall where they may.

The last thing you want is to be hit with a misrepresentation ban.

Honesty is always the best policy.

If the company has closed just explain this in your LOE.

Put the work exp in personal history if it doesn't add to your score. They won't ask for documents.
