Canadian Immigration for F-1/OPT Workers

I am new to this world.
I am in USA on F-1(Student Visa) & working on OPT as IT professional since more than 2 years.
I am also married & my wife is here also.
Can anybody pls let us know the procedures to migrate to canada in detail?
