HI,

Can some one help me! how can I apply for Canadian immigration federal skilled worker 2014 step by step procedure?
what is Step1? Should I need ECA approval or directly apply ?
Secondly In case of Master Should I have need to forward seal envelop from HEC to ECA (WES) ? or all document should fwd to ECA with their respective bodies like Master & Graduation from HEC, while Secondary School (Intermediate from BIE) and Schooling Matric from BSE separately ?

You need ECA for all of your credentials except secondary school.
