Hey,

i have applied for dependent PR under Canadian immigration Family Sponsorship, My husband had submitted the file with all reaquireddocument on 27th September 2018 still we have not received any e mail or an account opeing e mail. just wanted to know how much time they take to open an account (we dont even know our File number) what is the minimum time to start the process?

It takes around 8-10 weeks to hear back from IRCC after your application is submitted. So it makes sense that you haven't heard anything yet.
