Hi

I had gone to Canada in Aug 2005. It expired in Aug 2010 after 5 years. Now, My son wants to go to Canada to study in university. Is there any way to revive this immigration or if he goes at study visa. Can he revive this immigration after going as international student in Canada. You suggestions will be highly appreciated.

No....it cannot be revived. He has to apply afresh.

Thanks Mitali

My son is 17 year old. I do not think he can apply himself. Last time, I was main applicant. Can my wife apply again? Can authorities reject even if we fulfill all conditions? What will be best answer for a question for the reason to apply again?

As a student, your son will not qualify to apply for PR until he has finished his university degree in Canada and completed one year of skilled work experience in Canada.

Either you or your wife can apply for PR again as the principal applicant (assuming you still qualify). You don't have to give a reason why you are applying again.
