Canadian experience on Intra-company Transfer (Closed WP) EE eligible?

Hello,

I have 3+ years of experience working in an IT company in Ontario Canada on a ICT (LMIA-Exempt closed work permit). My job pertains to NOC code 2171. I am into fourth year of my employment in the same company and my employer is willing to provide me any document that may help me get PR in Canada. I wonder if I can use this as a job offer for EE and PNP program of Ontario.

I have read a lot of threads about this case but , unfortunately, couldn't come to a conclusive understanding.

My score is falling short if I answer No in the Job offer while calculation CRS score so looking for a way to boost my score.

Please help.

You can use it to get points for a valid job offer as long as you have an offer valid for one year after receiving PR.
