Hi, I want to know if I want to apply the CEC on FEB 2014, what do I need about my English Language Level? Such as how many point do I need for ielts or toefl. Meanwhile, I work at the food court as an assistance manager, and what document do I need if I apply the CEC?

For IELTS only:
If you are NOC 0/A then: L(7) R(6) W(6) S(6)
If you are NOC B then : L(5) R(4) W(5) S(5)

I am not sure which NOC code you fall in.

You will need
- A copy of your Work permit.
- Work reference letter
- Tax papers (T4 + NOA)

Iamroth, a small correction. It is 6 points/band for each category. You have mentioned 7 for listening under NOC 0/A.
