Canadian experience class - Need some info

Hi Experts,

I have submitted my application in August 2013 from India and have selected processing office as New Delhi. Now I have some question as I have moved to USA because of my job

a. Do I need to apply for PCC from both FBI and one from Indian consulate?
b. Should I request CIC to change processing office?
