Hi I got ITA on May 1st 2020 under CEC category , but i am not sure whether i can accept or not due to Canadian exp calculation issue.

I landed in Canada in June 15 2018 so as per CEC exp if i will complete by 14/15 June 2020, I am eligible for 2 Years exp, but my case points got increased on 1 May 2020 itself , hence i got ITA. Could you please help me can i submit my documents or not? One more thing my DOB is 22 May , so 5 points will reduced after 22 may 2020. I am not sure what i need to this situation. Your inputs/details is much appreciated. Note : My work permit will be expire on Feb 2021.

Landing date is irrelevant, what matters is when you started working

You can keep your ITA and apply once you've completed 3120 hours over a period of 104 week (2 years full time equivalents)

No workaround for you, you either lose points for your birthday or just meet 1 year of experience instead of 2, your call.

If either deduction will bring your score below the score for your round, you should decline the ITA because your application will invariably be refused. Conversely, if only one of them does, then the choice is easy. On the other hand, if none of them do, then it's easy and there's nothing to worry about.

You can only count the first 30 hours each week. Working 30 hours per week or 60 hours per week is exactly the same for IRCC purposes.

That's why you have to work for a year (52 weeks) to meet the minimum 1560 h requirement - - > 30h/week *52 weeks=1560h
