Canadian Experience class eligible or not?

So in your case ( since it's already Feb ) you would be able to count experience between
Feb 2011 and today. Since you left your job in Jan 2012, your experience comes to a total of 11 months.
I don't believe you have the required 12 months of experience in the last 3 years.
You cannot count the works done in 2009 & 2010, because its' been more than 3 years since then.
Anything before 2011 (Feb) is discarded.
You can count from 2011 (Feb) to 2012 (Jan) - a bit less than 12 months. BUT now February is almost ending and in 10 days you will have to discard 2011 (Feb). Then you will count from 2011 (March). that will give you 11 months.
