Canadian Education not recognized

Hi, I recently applied for for PR but in the CRS score, my Canadian Masters degree from Western University is not recognized ie. I wasn't given any points for it. I am not sure why as I have answered all the questions. Did anyone have this issue and how do I resolve it?

The issue is on your end. You have answered one or more questions incorrectly.

Option #1 is to review all of the questions and your responses carefully to find the error.

If Option #1 fails, then Option #2 is to post all of the questions here related to education and your answer for each.
