I am completing the documents for my PR application under CEC in Canada. I lived here in Canada for more than 4 years now. I am wondering if I need to provide a Criminal Record Check (CRC) from local Canadian police centre? or I can just submit my CRC (NBI clearance) from my home country (Philippines). Please help me!
