Canadian citizenship for PNP PR

hi, any experience of citizenship approval for PNP PR? Is it only residency based citizenship or are there any additional conditions attached for pnp pR?

For eg if a pnp Pr resided in Canada for 3 years but did not do a job, will this be any consideration on grating citizenship?
