Canadian Citizenship AOR not received but got the invite to give test and after complete the test status not updated.

Hi,

I submitted my application for Canadian citizenship in Feb 2024 and got confirmation in 29th Feb 2024, But I have not received AOR.
In March I received email to give the test and gave test in 28th April 2024. I created account in tracker using details (UCI and application no) in the test invite and checking status every day.

Last status update is 12 April 2024 and after that no updated. My test results are also not updated.

I am outside Canada due to personal issue. I tried to reach help center but unable to reach.

Can anybody suggest what I have to do now ?
