I am a Canadian citizen with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounting) and an MBA in Sales and Marketing. I currently work in inside sales in a non-technical capacity. I am exploring potential opportunities to work in the U.S. and would like to understand if my background qualifies me for a TN visa under the NAFTA/USMCA agreement. Based on my education and job role, would I be eligible for a TN visa under a relevant occupational category? Or would my situation require a different visa route, such as the H-1B?
