I have PR, nearly 2-1/2 years old, out of that period i only stayed in Canada only 3 months with family.
We have some serious obstacles and responsibilities of parents to get moved out from Canada. parents are get old and serious health issues....
we are out of Canada from end June 2013, and i have stopped my child benefits through written letter to said department at volunteer basis because as per my point of view i am not legally eligible to receive the child benefits with out living in Canada.
My question; Is there any way I can get back the stopped period child benefits amount which i have stopped at my own or any way the department will re-issue the arrears amount....
I am out of Canada now and have to move to Canada to keep my PR status, but I have some serious obstacles in the way ...
