hi guys
is there a way to open a canadian bank account with a Provincial Nomination and without Residency (eAPR not yet submitted ) ?

Am willing to transfer some money from a sibling with a gift deed and I want them directly transferred in a Canadian bank , then I need that for POF for the eAPR , is it possible ?
also, is provincial nomination of any help ?

Yes there is. RBC allows you to open an account without being int the country. I believe other banks do as well.

hi , I tried to open a bank account in BNC Banque Nationale ,
1- the validation must be in 3 months in canada ( so I must be there :( )
2- no Bank statement will be provided
3- proof of permanent residency must be provided
SO BNC is a dead end

I filled the RBC form waiting for reply :(

I remember reading that such option is given to those who have their application approved as they require the CoPR number. There’s also a limit of a one-time transfer of up to CA$50,000 that would be frozen until you land and visit a branch in person.
