hi all I'm a Canadian citizen who married a Brazilian and had our baby in Spain. My child now is a Canadian Citizen and I'm in the process of bringing my wife here but it will take a minimum of 11 months. Am I eligible for Child Benefits for my son while he is in Brazil with his mother. I am sending money to cover everything for them medical housing food everything as she is unable to work because she has to look after my baby. If my son were to come to Canada for a short. When I then be eligible for the Child Benefits. Any help with this matter I appreciate it thank you

If you don't live with your child, you aren't eligible for any benefits. It's the first point in eligibility requirements. http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/bnfts/ccb/bfrppl-eng.html
To be eligible for the Canada child benefit (CCB), you must meet all of the following conditions:
You must live with the child, and the child must be under 18 years of age.
You must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child.
You must be a resident of Canada for tax purposes.

If your child came for a temporary visit, it would not change any of these facts. You need to wait until you are permanently living with your child.
