Good news for re-medical. Good luck for medical. Till April the temperature will be below zero. So do not change your program and plan. I thought you got the visa already and delaying for other reasons (including the weather).
If passport will stamp in August/September 2010, you can land as soon possible no need to delay, and if you have plan to go back may you can travel before Ice falling will start. If you have continue stay plan, then also can land as soon you will get your passport back from CHC London with visa (InshAllah).
