Hi, I applied for Canada Visitor Visa but got rejected, now I am going to travel to USA with my wife and just wanted to confirm - Should I apply for visa in Los Angeles or in India after the visit.

have you strengthened your case since rejection else not much point reapplying for another possible rejection
