I want to know if Canada visitor visa applications from India (Foreign worker inviting family) have success rates in this time period of Coronavirus outbreak and that there is no affect on the application due to Canada Border being closed temporarily.

Is anyone considering to apply these days?

I had applied for my daughters visitor visa on 16th march. Haven't got a clue of what's going on . The status only shows that application is being processed. I am really worried. I hope I get her passport back soon.

online or paper based application?
biometrics done or not?
what kind of visa i guess visitor visa?

almost after 22nd march everything has slowed down. why are you worried? its just a visa application and no news is good news.

Hyderabad, India. Paper based. She doesn't need to give biometrics . Passport is identification doc. It's very important.

Assume you may be trying to move with your child to Canada and you already have PR. As you know TRVs are not guaranteed. You will have to wait and see once processing restarts. Hopefully you may have a spouse who has started sponsorship process from Canada.
