Canada visitor Visa application August 2022

Hi,

My parents visitor visa applied on 15 Aug 2022 got canceled on 11 Oct 2022.

I want to reapply and since most of the documents provided earlier remain unchanged can I upload same document/application listed below?

1) Proof of finance (prepared on 19 July 2022, include bank statement and job letters)
2) Proof of relationship (issued on July 15)
3) Family Information Application (IMM5646) (filled and signed on 10 August 2022)
4) Family Member Representative Application (IMM5713) (filled and signed on 10 August 2022)

Why was it cancelled?.

We failed to mention US visitor visa refusal from 2005. On the refusal letter, IRCC asked to include this information when we submit a new application next time.
