Hey there!
This is Jatinder Singh. I completed my high school in the year 2019 but i got compartment in chemistry two times. This year i cleared the compartment and i got 61 % marks in total. My marks in individual subjects were:
Biology: 56
Physics: 52
English: 80
Physical edu: 63
Chemistry: 52

I scored overall 7 bands in ielts with not less than 6 in any module. I want to apply for associate of science in British Columbia or Manitoba . Will i get the visa for canada based on my academic performance and IELTS?

You need to be accepted by a college or university first. Look up their minimum admission requirements.

An associates degree in science is going to get you nowhere. Would suggest you do an undergrad in your home country or a full bachelors in Canada. With your marks it would be better to do a bachelors at home and raise your marks.
