Canada Visa really imposible-Indeed help

dear all
i need urgent help from everyone regarding canada study visa in my case.
i was got rejected twice , one time under spp india in 2013 and one time from singapore under general category in jan 2014.
i am here in singapore from 2010 onwards,i was came here as a student now holding a good job in sweedish firm as a research analyst.

here is visa related details.
first time applied under spp india in 2013
college - lambton toronto campus
duration- 2 yrs post graduate diploma in hospitality management
ielts - 6 bands
last qualification- diploma in hospitality from singapore
rejection reason- that you dont have enough funds & purpose of visit.

2nd attemp from singapore under general category.
details are all same as in first attempt except the college, this time i had took fleming college and program is graduate certificate in hospitality managemnt 1 year
rejection reasons-purpose of visit,length of stay,immigration status
so after getting all this baseless reasons in 2nd attempt, i was order caips notes and there i got to know the exact reason that


ties to return either singapore or india---though i was included all my property valuation and related stuff in 2nd attempt from SG.

I WANT TO APPLY LAST TIME SO PLEASE DO NEEDFULL ADVISE TO GET VISA

PLEASE HELP ME OUT SENIORS AND THOSE WHO SUCCED IN VISA

i had showed almost 34 k cad dollars including fees and living expenses as per offer letter from fleming college for 1 yrs course
my total college fees is $15500 and living expense as per offer letter is $9800.
along with i had included my property valuation documents about $150k in chandigarh india.but that amount i had not included in total fund column in application form.

here is the break down of funds.
showed $ 12000 in my own bank account of SG.
first semester fees paid $7650.00
and $ 15000 showed from brother fixed deposit in india.
