hope you all are doing good . I need assistance to make a decision as, my wife is currently working on closed work permit (ICT) in Alberta province .
I am also working for same organisation and tried for ICT from Switzerland but my application got refused. Now I have doubt on couple of points :
1 . should I reapply for ICT by correcting the application?
2 should I apply for Dependent visa( SOWP)?
In above both options which is more safe to get approval considering already ICT refusal visa once .
does dependent visa processing time from Switzerland will take less time than other countries.
